The quoted charges are based on the findings of a medical assessment. Actual rates may differ. There may be some restrictions and exclusions. Various medical issues and other variables may need increased surgical costs and render operation impossible.

We have no affiliation with any rehabilitation homes and do not endorse their usage for our clients. The Florida Health Department often does not approve of recovery homes. We advise all patients to examine the Florida Department of Health website (www.floridahealth.gov) for a list of all licensed health practitioners.
